The LBI Carolina Top 100 exposure event was the place to be if you were a top athlete in the Carolinas. Here is a breakdown of what these 2021-2022 post players can offer.

Amaja Parkins | Phillip O. Berry | F/C 2021
Parkins knows how to use her length creating offensive possessions from her blocks on defense. She grabs them for steals and pushes the ball up the court. She can finish at the rim herself or does well finding her teammates to get them involved.

Lillie Rhondes | Woodruff High | F 2021
Rhondes is a hard worker on the block having her way and the position that she wants. She did an excellent job making amazing post moves to score. She was smart with her decisions and knew exactly how to move her body and her feet to make a bucket.

Imani Lester | North Raleigh Christian Academy | C 2022
Lester shows that she is more than capable of handling the ball with the way she can push it up the court. She was excellent in the post fighting through contact for her points. She also showed she has a great shot from all over the court.

Keona Curtis | Grovetown High | F 2022
Curtis was dominant all over the court. She ran the floor well, showed off her shot, and dominated with her post moves. She even created these offensive possessions herself by grabbing steals and pushing the ball the other way.

A’Qoyas Cody | T.W. Josey High | F 2022
Grabbing rebounds and showing her strength the entire time was Cody. She used great post moves to create some separation between her and her opponent. Additionally, she hustled after every loose ball making saves to continue the possession for her team.

Ariyana Carlton | Hunt High | F/C 2022
Carlton showed a very high basketball IQ with how she was able to position herself to make a bucket but also pass and cut to where there were gaps in the defense. She was strong with grabbing rebounds and made some points off of second chances. She also had a nice midrange jump shot that was on display.

Sammy Ackles | Holly Springs High | C 2022
Ackles has some good length, and she knows how to use it. She can grab rebounds and use the length of her stride to run the floor better than her opponents. She showed off a nice spin move to create some points from midrange jump shots. She was tough under the basket showing off some post moves to score, too.
