Columbia, SC - Carolina JamFest 2020 was loaded with talented teams for the 6thstraight year. The 2020 event was special obviously because of the times that we are in now, but it still turned out to be a very competitive event with some outstanding talent. While there were really good kids in other classes the 2024 class had a huge coming out party. Here are some of the top 2024 performers.

Jayda Angel 2024 g Carolina Flames 2024
Maybe the most athletic player in the event. Kid made a lot of big plays through out the weekend. Really excels in transition and finishes with the best of them. Dangerous off the dribble but can also step back and hit the triple.

Sarah Strong 2024 f Strong Center 2024
Advanced beyond her years, IQ is off the chart. Amazing that a kid so young possess such an understanding of the game. Put that together with her 6’2 frame and ability to do it all. Strong showed she can knock down the 3 ball, attack off the dribble or simply go to the post and abuse defenders. She keeps reminding us why she is one of the top 2024 prospects in the Carolina’s.

Blanca Thomas 2024 p Lady Attack Elite 2024
Standing at a legit 6’4 Thomas is both an intimidating defender and a strong presence in the post. Very bouncy kid that gets to a lot of rebounds outside of her area. She runs the floor very fluidly, has soft hands and finishes well around the basket.

Kaylee Carson 2024 g Grind Academy
Tough wing with the ball in her hands, Carson can knock down the 3 ball or kill you off the dribble. Showed off a nice float game when attacking the basket, smooth pull up mid range jump shot and the ability to set the table for her teammates. Excited to see her game progress over the next few years.

Timya Grice 2024 p Team South Carolina 2024
Has the tools to be the next big time post player out of South Carolina. Standing 6’5 she has a knack for blocking shots and snatching rebounds. Still very raw on the offensive side but showed flashes of a promising future.

Olivia Randolph 2024 p Team South Carolina 2024
Big time shot blocker, I counted 6 clean blocks in the first half of one game. Showed she can run the floor and finish in traffic. Offensive game is really coming along, the 15’ jump shot looked good all weekend.

Emerson Thompson 2024 g Strong Center 2024
Top 3 point shooter at Carolina JamFest, kid really shot the blood out of the ball all weekend long while leading her team to the championship. Good sized guard that showed not only can she shoot the ball but she gets it done on the defensive end too.

Delanie Hill 2024 pg Lady Attack Elite 2024
Very poised point guard with a high IQ and some sauce to her game. Really good handle, plays down hill and makes great decisions. Can stick the 3 and is a strong finisher in the paint. Hill is what makes a really good Lady Attack team go.

Trinity Vance 2024 pg Team South Carolina 2024
Vance has been at the forefront of '24 pg's for a couple of years now. Her game continues to progress, decision making is better, jump shot is better and most importantly her leadership has gone to the next level. Look for her recruiting to blow up.
